STEP 1 - Select a photograph
For this process a digital photo which can be emailed as an attachment is ideal. The larger the photo and higher the resolution is obviously the better as it allows for greater detail, which will result in a better finished portrait. If you have multiple photo options I would be more than happy to offer some suggestions. Please remember that if you are not particularly happy with the photograph there is a good chance you will not be happy with the finished drawing. Keep in mind that what you ultimately want is not a pencil copy of a photo, but a unique work of art. If you have any questions here please just ask.
STEP 2 - Contact me with your requirements
As soon as you have selected a photograph email me the image and we can then discuss your requirements in more detail. Once we’ve gone through your requirements and confirmed that you have a suitable photograph for me to work from, I will send you a no obligation quote with a guaranteed price for the portrait and a completion date.
STEP 3 - Confirm your portrait request
Assuming you are in agreement with the cost I will then begin working on your portrait. As soon as I complete the portrait I will send you a preview image of it. If you are unhappy with it there is no obligation to buy it. I would thank you for your interest and retain the right to use the completed portrait on my website.
STEP 4 - Final payment and delivery
If you are happy with the finished portrait you would send payment and I would then ship your portrait off.
